Negative customer services
So apparently if u give a bad review of this company they refuse to help even if the product is still under warranty. I was met Wil rudeness and was said that I would not be helped because of my review. I said that if they actually helped that maybe one can put a positive review and that by refusing to help and to ignore a customer that it leaves a bad and negative experience where a custom or would put another more negative review instead of a positive. I think I was not wrong for my review as it is my right to complain as it is two products that was faulty with the same problems. This should be seen as something positive to try and improve, but yet u sent rude whatsapp messages and made the customer more negative.

Brackenfell we buy cars is disgusting and revolting. They need to be shut down as they s t e a l from u. Read my other comments from them. They a not conducting honest business. Only after my disable fiance signed and they said the money will be in did we notice he was not told what he was signing they took a chance and litterly stole 20500 from him it was suppose to be a refund.

People stop buying from this ********s. I have made it my life's work to show people how they ***** your money and sell u a ****ty car with false dekra reports. Beware of brackenfell we buy cars and staff the will try to take you for a fool. U will only lose money. And do not sell them your car they give u nothing for it compared to what it is worth. Rather sell it yourself or at a trusted dealership. Stay away, Adrian pilay and we buy cars will take your money and eat it and give u a piece of ****ty car. I'm very unhappy with beds and more in parrow. I bought a lounge set by them and after a week it felt like I was sitting on wood. I also bought a sleeper coach by them and it also does the same. I have been trying to call for a while and sent a whatsapp today but was ignore. Come on guys the sleeper coach is only 4 months old and it was almost never used untill a week ago

So get this. This guy from we but cars Adrian pilay wants to tune me that a person who is almost completely blind and who did inform them that he cannot see they must just tell him the price verbally and then was ignored he signed the contract not even knowing it was the sale agreement. He was ignored after he was told the money will be in the bank did he ask again and the response was as follow. Meneer Kan jy asb net eenkant gaan wag van jou gesig maak my verboureed. How Kan u talk to a disabled person like that. And now this ***** want to tell me that the contract was signed. It was signed *******ly as u did not disclose the price to a person who had informed u he was disable. So how can this company see that a fair. Justice will rule.
Finally got a few news and media outlets to write about how we buy cars in brackenfell stole money from my half blind fiance and how they only said the buyer will be dissiplined for the discrimanation. The days where this company steel from others will stop. I'll never stop exposing them for the T H I E F S they are. And u can stop treating me with your legal department I'll make sure the truth comes out.

Brackenfell hell
So get this. They will try to take the guy at brackenfell that treated us like **** and give him the maximum punishment, but they cannot give us our full refund back for a vechile we took back after 2 weeks and when we tried asking why only 13500 was paid and not the rest was ignored like rubish and was said by customer care agent they where only going to focus on the bad treatment part. So that is how we buy cars make sure u get ****** by taking 20500 and having the excuse they sell the vechile for profits, it was a refund or was supposed to be a refund. I really don't care how your process work. U guys stole 20500 from us. Caused my fiance emotional and psychological damage and all u can say is sorry. Well I'll never let this go I'll take it to who ever will listen and take it further, I'll make sure my fiance gets justice for how he was treated. We buy cars cannot get away with just a sorry after the humiliation and the **************. I'm sure that if I walk in brackenfell we buy cars on Wednesday that little arrogant blond guy will be still working there. And how dare he tell a customer to his face He is making him feel uncomfortable after we where told just to wait at that spot and give the papers they asked for. I'm giving my consent that anyone gave spread this message.

Read carefully before u buy or sell a car at them
Hi hi everyone. Today I want to share a story from a very close friend. Here is their story BRACKENFELL WE BUY CARS DON'T LIKE DISABLED PEOPLE. So me and my fiance was recently at brackenfell we buy cars. First of all we had to sell our pride and jou, a BMW in a very good condition. We where helped by a blond white buyer guy, he was so rude and unhelpful that u could see from the first few words he did not think much of us. He did not say hello even and ignored my fiance when he talked, we also noticed how he made fun about my fiancé because of his story, well we waited 3 hours for help. 5 min before closing he said that he can't help us because we had fines on the vechile, I knew that it was a lie, the next day we went to Richmond we buy cars and was helped and paid in less than an hour, WE HAD A PROBLEM AS THEY GAVE IS TO PRICES FOR THE VECHILE FROM TWO BRANCHES ON LOWER THAN THE OTHER WHICH MAKES U THINK THEY SUCK THE PRICES OUT THEIR TUMBS. we then proceeded to go back to brackenfell we buy cars, where we bought a kia Sorento for 35000, we had the vechile only 2 short weeks when we found more problems that was not listed on the dekra, took the car back, they said we can sell the car back to them, met the same white blond buyer who yet again made it clear he did not like my disabled fiance, my fiance even saw how the buyer made jokes about him and where another employee said he can't talk about disabled people like that. Not even the manager helped us with the ************** against my fiance.. Short story they made my fiance sign the papers told him he will be paid only 13500 for the vechile my fiance tried asking why so little as they said they will buy the vechile back. He was met with rudeness, and was ignored. We left we buy cars in tears as we felt ****** and discriminated against. They took a whole 20500 from us and do not want to help us we even tried getting someone from customer care to help us but they call each time a different person asking the same questions. So what do we do now........................ .
