Negative customer services
So apparently if u give a bad review of this company they refuse to help even if the product is still under warranty. I was met Wil rudeness and was said that I would not be helped because of my review. I said that if they actually helped that maybe one can put a positive review and that by refusing to help and to ignore a customer that it leaves a bad and negative experience where a custom or would put another more negative review instead of a positive. I think I was not wrong for my review as it is my right to complain as it is two products that was faulty with the same problems. This should be seen as something positive to try and improve, but yet u sent rude whatsapp messages and made the customer more negative.

I'm very unhappy with beds and more in parrow. I bought a lounge set by them and after a week it felt like I was sitting on wood. I also bought a sleeper coach by them and it also does the same. I have been trying to call for a while and sent a whatsapp today but was ignore. Come on guys the sleeper coach is only 4 months old and it was almost never used untill a week ago

Excellent service from the team.i bought a d/bed ,fridge ,Tv stand and table ;and lounge suits very nice .enjoying my delivery ...i can recommend u anytime anyday

This week was the second purchase from Beds and More Kimberley. What exceptional customer service from Neil. Our bed was delivered within 30min of my confirmation to purchase by WhatsApp. The card machine together with the invoice was sent with the driver. We did not have to leave our home at any time. Quality and competitive pricing offered. I highly recommend that you cont Neil today for superior service and quality products!!!

Best Service in a long time. Complained about a bed that I bought more than a year ago. Was actually getting myself ready for a fight. What a surprise. Rocco, the manager, and staff were on it. Thanks guys

Relax Beds George
Relax Beds deliver poor service. I bought beds in November 2022 with a 1 year guarantee and 10 years warranty. I use the beds for student accommodation so I opened the beds last week. The matrasses are so light that I can carry it around with one hand. The salesman came out to see and said they forgot to put corners in the matrasse. He said I did not get the right matrasse and the correct fabric. The owner refused to see us. We had to explain to people we never saw before. I have videos of the stuff we bought. Te owner has a no care attitude and said we are past our 7 days so we can't return it now. I hope I can upload the videos here.
