Well done Bruce and team for maintaining consistency and great service over the years! Flavourful and well portioned succulent steaks to tasty wood fire oven pizzas. The vibe is laid back, child friendly with pleasant staff - thanks Jerome for great service this past Saturday. Best of all - great value for money! Exceptional Customer Service
This week was the second purchase from Beds and More Kimberley. What exceptional customer service from Neil. Our bed was delivered within 30min of my confirmation to purchase by WhatsApp. The card machine together with the invoice was sent with the driver. We did not have to leave our home at any time. Great products - excellent price!
A bit of miscommunication around my order, but what a surprise when my order was finally delivered. I have never seen furniture packaged with so much care to ensure that it does not get damaged during the delivery process. Best of all - the item is an exact match as advertised. No *****ed legs, no poor seams/hems, all *****s in the box, easy to assemble. Great product, excellent price!

Where is my order?
Can anyone please confirm whether this business is legit? I purchased a 4 seater dining set online (R4300) on 30 August 2023 -and not getting any joy of the whereabouts of my order. I have phoned them twice. First call excuse, "order has been collected by couriers" and today, second call "item is out of stock waiting for stock". I am yet to receive a call back from the "manager" with a reference of my waybill to track with Courier Guy - who they apparently use. I'm afraid I have been ****med.
