Relax Beds deliver poor service. I bought beds in November 2022 with a 1 year guarantee and 10 years warranty. I use the beds for student accommodation so I opened the beds last week. The matrasses are so light that I can carry it around with one hand. The salesman came out to see and said they forgot to put corners in the matrasse. He said I did not get the right matrasse and the correct fabric. The owner refused to see us. We had to explain to people we never saw before. I have videos of the stuff we bought. Te owner has a no care attitude and said we are past our 7 days so we can't return it now. I hope I can upload the videos here.
