Takealot mishap
Bought bedding from Takelot. Haven't even washed it yet. The seams are not sewed properly and the pillow cases are tearing apart

MTN CHANGING POLICIES AS THEY GO ALONG
I took out a wifi with MTN about 3 months ago. MTN told me that the contract was on a month to month basis. By month 3 I was admitted in hospital . I saw no need to pay for a service that I was not going to use. On the 20th of May MTN deducted to said amount from my bank. But they did not switch on my internet. Went to walk in centre. They told me that I have to wait until 1st July before they could set me up again. I told MTN that that was not the agreement. When I signed up with MTN they told me that could skip the months when I won't be using. All of a sudden the consultant told me that MTN,so policy was changed two months ago. That was not the deal I signed for. Come on MTN GET REAL

I took out a wifi with MTN. THE DEAL WAS A MONTH TO MONTH CONTRACT SINCE I LIVE ON MY OWN AND WAS IN HOSPITAL DURING MAY I DID NOT PAY FOR MAY MONTH. I PAID THE ACCOUNT ON THE 4TH OF JUNE BUT COULD NOT CONNECT. I WENT TO A MTN SHOP AND TOKD THEM THAT THE Wi-FI WAS NOT WORKING. THE CONSULTANT TOLD ME THAT I WOULD ONLY NE CONNECTED IN JULY AND NOT IN JUNE ALTHOUGH I PAID FOR JUNE . THE CONSULTANT ALSO MENTIONED THAT MTN HAS UNFORTUNATELY CHANGED THEIR POLICY ON THE MONTH TO MONTH CONTRACT THAT WAS DEFINITELY NOT THE TERMS I AGREED TO. NOW I'LL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL JULY BEFORE I'LL BE CONECTED AGAIN. THIS IS BU** Sh***T

GEMS: Proof of address and certification of identity document
Today GEMS totally confused me. According to GEMS a bank statement with your address on and stamped by the bank is not a valid proof of address. You need to get an affidavit, from GEMS to complete, an utility bill or a letter from your local municipality. GEMS also expect you to send in a certified copy of your identity document, reasonable request, but also signed by a commissioner of oath. Slaan my dood met 'n pap snoek. I need to find out what's wrong with a bank statement with your address on it as well as a certified copy of your identity document. Frustration is running high. Pleassssse GEMS. Please enlighten me and tell me why on earth do you make it soooo difficult when in fact all over South Africa your bank statement is a valid proof of address. To get your a copy of your identity document certified you need to have the original document with you. GEMS make me doubting the certification process of the police.

RAM Couriers on delivering packages
Above mentioned company has been giving me the run around for at least 3 weeks now. I'm still waiting for them to deliver a package, which is supposed to be delivered by RAM couriers. First I asked them if I could pick up the package and they said no. I even told them that I would be in hospital. They suggested that they could deliver the package as long as the person who was going to receive the package would show their ID document. I even send them a copy of my friend's document. When they arrived at the delivery address they phoned me and told me that they needed my Id document . Ram Couriers is giving me the run around. It seems to me that their drivers make their own rules as they go through the day. They acting like little kids playing a board game and then they change the rules to fit in with their schedule. I just wonder if it will be the same thing that I've orderded. Maybe the thing I ordered has been changed by now.

Truworths
On the 24 April 2024 I went to truworths at Loch Logan waterfront in Bloemfontein. A black denim jacket was marked off by 50%. There were only three of this particular jacket instore. When I got to the cash point the cashier told me that the jacket was not marked off. The cashier disappeared for a while. When I eventually found her she was in a conversation with someone. I asked her for the jacket but she refused to give it to me. Truworths send an standard apology used by most companies. Because the jacket was marked off I want it for the marked off price

Old Mutual premium holiday
Hi. I took a premium holiday at Old Mutual. But I never received the full amount. Old Mutual said that I could get a premium holiday for 6 months. It started in Oktober when I app**** for it. This month I recieved only R600.

Standerdbank Kimberley service
An old identity document, fingerprints nor your signature can prove that you the person on the old identity document. If you don't have your latest identity document or has misplaced it, Standerdbank won't assist you at all. A manager at Standerdbank smirked at me when I said that I was going to close my account. For a moment I could swear that she owns Standerdbank
