I ordered a Lige Smart Watch as an anniversary gift for my husband on 18 May and paid extra for tracked shipping and insurance. I received an email with an order number but no tracking details. Delivery was to take place within 14 to 18 days. Nothing has been received and there has been absolutely no communication or responses to my follow ups. I've tried calling, emailing and sending queries on messenger (that have been read but ignored), I was then blocked off their Facebook page. All of this is either shocking service or it screams theft and ****! Even using payment methods like payfast (who have your details by the way). If you're here wondering if you should shop on Tooka's site - DO NOT. Tooka, this is your opportunity to make this right and own up, refund me or send the Lige Watch with confirmation thereof by 30 June or I will be reporting you to the police, and I am sure there will be others who will do the same. People cannot get away with this type of sham so brazenly, and will be held accountable.
