Going the extra mile for customers
Niel and his team went the extra mile to support a sale. Even responding to emails later into the evening. The purpose was to avoid a sale in execution that could loose a great deal for the buyer, and the auction would leave a seller having to accept an acknowledgment of debt with an enormous amount. Thank-you for going the extra mile and helping to resolve the outstanding issues. Great compliance with process and requirements.

Choose another conveyancer NOT Weavind & Weavind
Lack of accountabnility and a lot of cover up. The person in the conveyancing office did not show due care and interacted with a ****mer. A client lost money and Weavind & Weavind did not refund the monety lost, even though there is a lot of evidence that the careless shown by the person in the conveyancing office contributed directly to the loss of funds. BE CAREFUL using this firm!
