Careful - this is a ****mer fronting legitimate properties. I came across them on Booking.com for a property in Cape Town. They make reservation free vie Booking.com - get your contact details and send through an invoice for bank transfer. Afterward they clear that bank account and move on to another account.

Where is my refund?
Does not refund deposit. What do they do with the deposit they keep for so long. Its a constant battle to get them to pay.
