POOR SERVICE
A school that my son used to attend handed me to the attorneys after I failed to pay school fees after my husband who was a bread winner past on. I don't care how many apologies and excuses Bentley Attorneys give here online but, the honest truth is their staff is very rude. When I phoned to arrange payment and explain that the account holder past on Bernadie Pillay was not prepared to listen to anything I said. With time she became worse, rude and threatening. The account was later moved to Christina Naidoo who is no better. Somehow I'm convinced that their staff are robots. They are all rude, it's unbelievable. Even when responding to emails you will bet it's not a company, they are unprofessional and arrogant. I work for a big company and when I returned to work from grieving leave every department was disgusted by the messages they left trying to trace me cause the school didn't have all my details. My colleagues were accused of being ****s etc by the attorneys. I think the tracker's name was Bheki if I remember very well. The business should rehire cause the company is as good as dead with the current employees.

Terrible service
I placed an order via the app, money was deducted from my account however never received a notification or confirmation. Contacted kfc customer care after 30 minutes after I attempted to retrieve notification. The order was cancelled by a consultant and a query was logged. Provided my personal details for refund purposes. I was then informed about the process and to expect my money after 14 days. A week after 14 I decided to contact customer care again. They apologized for the delay and on the same day I received a confirmation that the money was paid into my account. Few days after the money was not reflecting into my account, phoned kfc support service and was furnished with several different stories by the consultants. Not interested in long stories. This is not the first time they have disappointed. Let's not support this business. I want my money. kfc service is ****. My Case no. CAS-1269501.
