Towed my car to the dealer, it was drivable but had oil pressure light. Car was diagnosed & a quote was sent which I approved and told them fix the problem. When they finished with the car, they then called me to say they were test driving & found that the Turbo is also faulty & more money is needed. They couldn’t see the problem with the turbo coz they didn’t start the car. The Car was drivable for Gods sake. It makes no sense that they didn’t detect the problem from when the technicians were stripping the car. Paying for a misdiagnosis is INSANE!!
I’m very disappointed with how my claim is being handled. No communication whatsoever from the person responsible for my claim. I call them everyday just to get an update on the progress It’s been almost 2 months now since my claim was logged but it’s not finalised. It was written off long time but now it seems as they don’t want to pay anything as they are giving me the run arounds
Logged a claim and it was rejected but there was no communication whatsoever to say why it was rejected, I had to hear it from the panel beater, I called them for 2 days without getting any assistance. I cancelled the insurance but they still deducted my money.
