Still waiting for my refund since I bought from them in March 2023. What is worse is that now i cannot get hold of them. They are ****mers!!!

Uber refund
I am so disgusted by uber rides when you book using a card payment. Several times when I book using a card payment I get charged but money is not refunded immediately if the trip doesn't happen. This has left me stranded when I need that money to book with other providers. I had since decided to use cash instead but it is not always possible. This is such an inconvenience. Yesterday the 26th of July 2023 , no driver took my trip but I was charged twice and the amount kept on increasing as I was trying to book again.
