Travelgenio - very disappointed and frustrated at the bad service
We bought a ticket through Travelgenio from Emirates. Emirates refunded Travelgenio in March but we still haven't received or refund. It's totally unacceptable as this is daylight *******. Very unprofessional.

Very disappointed and frustrated
I tried to return an item in what I thought was the correct return time just to find out that I was a day late and they will NOT refund me. It's totally unacceptable as there has to be a way to get a brand new item returned.
