Management fail
The biggest downfall of this salon is the absolute *********** management: The poor excuse for a manager at the Rosebank branch is always clueless without an idea of whether there is stock or what services are offered at the salon, appointments are not respected, the owner is adamant on cutting corners at the expense of the hard working stylists and paying customers and all in all a shocking service to be in the heart of a business district. Get your act together Geraldine because your customers won’t continue to support this substandard service without end. The only reason I come back is because of my stylist and I would follow her in a heartbeat if she left your joke of a salon

Appalling customer service
If it were possible I would give the company a 0 rating for the poor excuse of a human being named Maureen working in the front of office at the Melrose Arch branch. She was shockingly rude, disgustingly unprofessional and had absolutely no remorse for her reprehensible conduct.
