Finally Found a Stylist Who Actually Listens
I have been to so many salons that cut more than I asked for or ignored my reference photos entirely. Not here. My stylist took a full five minutes just listening before picking up a single scissor.

I was ****med R410 by this company, by someone who goes by the cellphone number name G. Kganakga ***. Money was transferred to her account, nothing was delivered and she doesn't answer my calls.

Poor customer service
Poor customer please don't buy anything from this salon. I ordered bob cut hair its been 2 weeks now When I send them messages they promise to deliver. They are lier and disrespectful 😤. Wish I never buy from them.

Poor customer service
Poor customer please don't buy anything from this salon. I ordered bob cut hair its been 2 weeks now When I send them messages they promise to deliver. They are lier and disrespectful 😤. Wish I never buy from them.

Wax and Tint gone wrong.
They don’t even deserve the 1 star, I went to Bob Cut the Midrand branch to do the wax and tint, hence there was a ceremony the 2 days after. I texted them and told them that the tint didn’t settle after 8hrs of having that tint on, I was then told that I should come back but I should send a picture. I got there I was told the lady that does the tint she’s off. After driving all the way from Fourways to Midrand to be told that nonsense. I really blame the owner cos clearly they don’t take their business serious.

They don’t even deserve the 1 star, I went to Bob Cut the Midrand branch to do the wax and tint, hence there was a ceremony the 2 days after. Bob cuts hair salon midrand
BOB CUTS MIDRAND!! French curls started untangling and falling out from day two, i went back to get them fixed, two days later AGAIN i had curls falling out. I denied using my petrol to go back and demanded that they send someone to correct this mess. They promised to send an uber in the morning at 08:30 to collect me, 2hours later im still waiting, very unprofessional and disrespectful!! I will never go back there ever again!!

Bob cuts SA ****py service!
This salon does not even deserve a single star, the owner Geraldine never pays her workers let alone the ****py service she provides. She is ***********,direspectful, dishonest and has an appaling persona. Not worthy of anyone's penny!

Hairstyle gone wrong
They did not do the hairstyle I requested; instead, I was given a significantly different look. The results were unsatisfactory, as my hair appeared disheveled, and the hairpiece frequently detached. Additionally, I did not receive any follow-up support; the staff effectively ceased communication altogether.

Bob cuts hair salon Midrand
Goodness I could score this salon a minis if I could. I booked an appointment at the Midtand branch on Monday the appointment was for Thursday. Thursday I ask to move my appointment to about 45minites earlier and the lady tells me I cant.I totally understood this i said no problem.She then adds that I won't have to wait for longer than 30min I mustn't worry. I get to yhe salon at just on time. I was told to take a sit. 30k8n went by and no body is saying anything.After 35min I ask the salon admin lady when can I expect to be attend to and she says just 5more minutes and someone will help me. 5 minutes became 20min and I bother to ask again and she says to me,the problem is that a walk in customer came and the asked for more services than they initially requested and soo the additional service went over to my time so she says my appointment became a problem. At this appoint I had no words.Me the o e person that made an appointment I'm the problem. Anyway I got helped after 1hr 15 min past my appointment time. When they were done with my hair,I heard to the admin lastly to pay after some long stories about payment she is tell her I am very upset about what happened.She boldly says but the hair is nice yhoooh I honestly could not breath at this point .No acknowledgement of the inconvenience and poor communication. The new location in midrand just made things worse.the salon is near a tarven(this i didn't know ,knew the old location).As I come out of the salon I felt so unsafe there were drunk guys around my car. Honestly if you are someone that values their time,kind professional people and a safe salon Bob cuts Midrand is definitely far from that.
