I despise the day i opened a business account with FNB, have registered my business since 2015 and only now when i need to make an urgent payment i am told there is a hold because another business has the same name, how absurd! When money comes in there is no problem but when i have to access my money there is a problem. Why have FNB was opening this business account they never had an issue! This is the most appauling bank ever to exist, last year my tax returns were also held, more or less the same amount i normally get and only got my money after a whole week! I am beyond disgusted!
This salon does not even deserve a single star, the owner Geraldine never pays her workers let alone the ****py service she provides. She is ***********,direspectful, dishonest and has an appaling persona. Not worthy of anyone's penny!
Clicks Made 4 Baby diapers a danger to children! We bought Made 4 Baby diapers last month at the Clicks in Ferndale square we excitedly bought the buy 2 get 1 special for size 4. Our baby had a terrible rash the next day and we bought meds for it and it didn't go away completely even when we would change her 6 to 7 times a day and 2 diapers at night which totalled 9 to 10 diapers used daily, we then took her to a doctor and she suspected diapers because even the nappy rash cream tried to fix the problem but it will keep popping up again and again. We just changed the diapers and our baby is recovering from terrible nappy rash but she now has scars remaining. We have 2 full packets remaining and wasted money not to talk of meds bought and doctor fees. I despise this brand it brought so much pain to our little doctor, so no and NO do not use this brand ever! Clicks Made for Baby is a disaster!

Horrible service from Zara mall of africa! Does not even deserve a single star, yesterday after 17:30 we were on the verge of going in as i had 2 specific dresses i was looking for that i had seen online for a wedding today with a pair of shoes, some lady with short hair next to the entrance rudely told us we cannot enter with a trolley, with her face dressed in a cold attitude without any explaination, inside the trolley was our 9 month old baby and we were carrying bags so when we asked where we could keep the things we were carrying her colleagues laughed out so loud in mockery. We ended up living the shop without even going inside, now the problem wasn't that trolleys are not allowed in, it was the manner in which it was told, 2ndly the mockery that came after. This shop definitely lacks professionalism let alone customer service. This lady with short hair is clueless in treating customers with respect let alone for the brand she works for. I love Zara but this branch will never ever see me or even my acquaintances ever again. I was very disappointed and hurt, this is the only Zara shop where i have received such treatment. I ended up driving all the way to Sandton to get the things i needed
Ds Khensane is a rude consultant, she is unprofessional and rude, I wonder why she is even put on the platform where she needs to chat with customers. I had been assisted by Sibonelo and the next candidate was this Khensane, when I realised that Sibonelo may have sold me the wrong product, Khensane rudely wrote mockery statements and when asked she pretended as if she wasn't aware of what she was doing. Remove this consultant from this platform otherwise she will continue with her attitude to which she intentionally does it our of spite, she has no passion for hwe job nor does she respect the company or herself.
Today I went to the teller number two when you enter from the entrance door, mind you I am visibly heavily pregnant and asked if she can assist me, I had 4 items in my hand and could barely stand from fatigue, she told me to go join the cue and I told her I won't manage given the circumstances she then told me to go to another teller across by the cigarette counter while she herself was available and wanted to take the next person in the cue, at the counter across, i had to wait in the cue once again but i decided let myself go Infront hoping i will get assisted and fortunately the lady assisted me without any problems. Now as we all know when you are heavily pregnant or very old you cannot be told to go join a long cue, I could feel the lady's evil gaze when I quietly walked to the teller across they were even gossiping about me because i has said I won't manage to join the long cue that was there today, with my feet visibly swollen I struggled to walk properly but i got such treatment. We need to train the forefront of our customers to have compassion and to fully understand the rules or service, this can't be right. This was not only appalling but insensitive as well. The people that showed compassion were customers who let me go in front and the lady by the cigarette counter.
This branch doesn't even deserve a single star, the male consultant that wears spectacles and speaks Afrikaans at the front never wants to work, I have been there twice already and both times instead of assisting he will find something to complain about. I was assisted by another consultant at first because I had a problem with my card but when I realised that the matter wasn't resolved after using the ATM I went inside the branch and unfortunately the lady was occupied and saw this Afrikaans speaking consultant behind his glass counter, mind you I am heavily pregnant and on the verge of giving birth I can barely walk, he first have a private phone call on his phone laughing his lungs out while we are there waiting, eventually when he was done with his private conversation i approached him and he told me to go get another ticket and there is no one at the door to facilitate the process and he himself is not doing anything his just sitting there. I hate this branch, you get awful service here all the time.
I am in complete awe! It's not a norm to get an exceptional person working at the forefront of customers, Thapelo is super amazing. Her dedication deserves tons of accolades, she went beyond the call of duty to ensure that i receive the best customer services ever. I am in love with Dischem Southgate because of this lady, my gratitude is beyond words. Thank you to Thapelo for being so passionate and dedicated, I hope more people will get to experience the service she provides and others to learn from her, I know I sure did✨
FNB does not even deserve one single star, they took money from my account without any notification whatsoever and no transaction record, the money just vanished. I had to spend money running up and down attending to sars because the money was my sars return, so I had to do sars after FNB had told me that Sars was responsible, SARS gave me a letter to confirm that they didnt retract any monies, i then had to spend more money and time goin back to FNB once again. I was then told that Tanya Hulley from RNB had suspected that the money in my account was *****ulent, now I usually get more from SARS this was appalling that the amount I got this year which was less than usual would make her even think of *****. I then was given her email and contacts, the numbers weren't going through so I ended up sending an email which never got a response, she simply ignored me but knew how to take my money without any credible reasons. After 3 days still without any response / notification the money silently returns in my account and the charges that came with the transactions were not covered. Now I have been with this bank for years the way I have been treated is beyond appalling. This Tanya Hulley is a disgrace of a human being, she has no communication skills or anything of a sort. She doesn't even know her job because had she known she would have done things differently and better. I need my account closed and my money transferred to another bank as soon as tomorrow, I will not put up with such treatment, I had to lend money elsewhere but cover for the days my money had been taken and I also need to pay the interest. This has been a major inconvenience and a ridicule. This is the end of me and FNB I have had it!
