Bob cuts hair salon Midrand
Goodness I could score this salon a minis if I could. I booked an appointment at the Midtand branch on Monday the appointment was for Thursday. Thursday I ask to move my appointment to about 45minites earlier and the lady tells me I cant.I totally understood this i said no problem.She then adds that I won't have to wait for longer than 30min I mustn't worry. I get to yhe salon at just on time. I was told to take a sit. 30k8n went by and no body is saying anything.After 35min I ask the salon admin lady when can I expect to be attend to and she says just 5more minutes and someone will help me. 5 minutes became 20min and I bother to ask again and she says to me,the problem is that a walk in customer came and the asked for more services than they initially requested and soo the additional service went over to my time so she says my appointment became a problem. At this appoint I had no words.Me the o e person that made an appointment I'm the problem. Anyway I got helped after 1hr 15 min past my appointment time. When they were done with my hair,I heard to the admin lastly to pay after some long stories about payment she is tell her I am very upset about what happened.She boldly says but the hair is nice yhoooh I honestly could not breath at this point .No acknowledgement of the inconvenience and poor communication. The new location in midrand just made things worse.the salon is near a tarven(this i didn't know ,knew the old location).As I come out of the salon I felt so unsafe there were drunk guys around my car. Honestly if you are someone that values their time,kind professional people and a safe salon Bob cuts Midrand is definitely far from that.

Poor delivery and horrible communication
Gooodness i don't even know how to describe my frustration.i haveen waiting for my parcel since Monday. I received a message that I would be delivered.No body has bothered to contact me.I have had to follow up numerous times and I was told the driver was late but no one took the time to let me know.Yhooooh I wish companies like vodacom can stop using skynet because we are the one that are left inconvenienced and frustrated.
