Poor customer service
Poor customer please don't buy anything from this salon. I ordered bob cut hair its been 2 weeks now When I send them messages they promise to deliver. They are lier and disrespectful 😤. Wish I never buy from them.

Disappointment customer
The items were returned to the store in line with their return policy, and I was assured that a refund would be processed. However, to date, I have not received the refund. I have contacted the store via email, but I have received no response.

Horrible service
My experience with Levi's has been extremely disappointing. I returned my order and was due for refund, its now the 10th day without my refund. I have emailed them to inquire about the refund, but my emails are ignored. They are all quick to take your money but not quick to refund us our money. I am Very disappointed and would not recommend either.

Horrible online service
Online shopping at sedgas is hell. I bought a pants from them and returned it back as it was small size. They refunded me half of what i paid for the pants. I contacted them and they promised to pay me the balance . It’s been 2 weeks still waiting for the balance. No more buying from them.
