They don’t even deserve the 1 star, I went to Bob Cut the Midrand branch to do the wax and tint, hence there was a ceremony the 2 days after. I texted them and told them that the tint didn’t settle after 8hrs of having that tint on, I was then told that I should come back but I should send a picture. I got there I was told the lady that does the tint she’s off. After driving all the way from Fourways to Midrand to be told that nonsense. I really blame the owner cos clearly they don’t take their business serious.
On the 28th of January 2026 Afhco as the new management blocked our estate life app, when I called to ask the reason why they blocked our app they said we are owing money for the stove replacement (maintenance) which is that money was paid in 2 full months and the last payment was supposed to be made on the 1st of February as agreed with the Houss management. The person that was assisting me was so rude (Ayanda Masuku) she responded that she received the proof of payments that I’ve emailed to her but yesterday she denied that she never received any email from me and there was no money sent their account.
This is the worst company ever How long do you take to resolve an issue? Customer service is on -0/10 because how do we send emails and to no response? This company is new to complex but already they are messing things up.
If there was zero rating I would, because they should tell me why we have to buy electricity everyday, it doesn’t make sense at all. This ain’t fair at all
Worst service ever from Dr Martin, I went there on the 31/07/2023 I just paid for the fact that she saw me but I wasn't prescribed for any medication nor did she bother to check me and tell me the exact problem. She rather told me that I should go to a chipie medical clinic.
