I received a call from a company stating that they intended to reduce my interest rate. When I inquired about which specific accounts were involved, I later received a text message informing me that I had given them consent to assess my affordability using my identification number. This situation is alarming; it's unsettling to think that someone I don’t know can call me and access my personal information. This is unacceptable, plain and simple!

Hairstyle gone wrong
They did not do the hairstyle I requested; instead, I was given a significantly different look. The results were unsatisfactory, as my hair appeared disheveled, and the hairpiece frequently detached. Additionally, I did not receive any follow-up support; the staff effectively ceased communication altogether.

Incompetent company in the world.
I have been complaining about Altech Netstar for the past 6 months. When you think everything is sorted then another thing comes up. The contract was cancelled and confirmed that it is cancelled. But today I received an email that I’m in arrears and handed over to Nu Debt. For what now? When I try to phone then no one answers.

Incompetent, unprofessional, unaccountable
I don’t want to see this company they must just take their trackers out of my cars Altech Netstar very incompetent, not liable and keep on bewildering .. Was told that the account is active and got a call from Sibusiso Mbatha he said I must pay for the car because the account has been not active.. What game are these guys playing and very vague information..

Bad service, unreliable, incompetent
<p>I have been having problems with this medical -aid since I started: Firstly : money was deducted on my account about R 4 050 on the 3rd May 2016, for what don't know. Secondly: my husband was supposed to be on my medical aid from 1st April, nothing was done until I requested the membership certificate that's where I found out that he's not included. Thirdly: I applied for this medical aid on the 4th February 2016, till today I haven't received any documents or a membership card to produce at the medical facilities. Lastly: I applied for this medical aid before being pregnant and I even told the broker that I am planning to be pregnant and she said it was ok because I am not pregnant at the time "as long as the time I applied for a medical aid I was not pregnant" and now they don't cover for it. The matter was investigated last week; no one bothered to phone me back to let me know about the results. ( just found out when I phone them today that the investigation were unsuccessful, without the facts). The story of my life with topmed medical scheme </p>

Rude, Bad attitude, Intolerant and impatient
I went to see a Gynaecologist for the 1st time as this is my first pregnancy. But with Dr Lesego Iris Moiloa was a bad experience ever. When you ask questions she gets irritated , she uses an outdated ultrasound (5 days out). She did not explain when she was examining me, she made all the process un-easy. she treated me like I am just a transaction that's it. She will criticise me all the way. This Doctor is unprofessional.
