HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WISH I NEVER BOUGHT FROM THEM

I bought the invertor so I can stay connected to the internet as I work remotely. In less than 6month from purchasing the inverter from these guys. the batteries were faulty. The inverter lasted less than an hour when it initially lasted over 2 hours. I reported this to the owner and after weeks of trying to get him to collect and fix he eventually collected on the 25th May 2023. When he collected, he advised it would take about 7 days to get the new batteries and return my invertor. Since the day he collected, I have not received a text nor a call to advise of the status of my invertor. I have to be the 1 calling him or texting him. Some days he answers and some days he ignores my calls. In his responses, there is no apology or acknowledgment. It is now over a month and I still have no feedback from him regarding my invertor. This is costing me my job, its costing me financially as I have to use cafe's or restaurants' when I am loadshed. The inconvenience that this company has caused me, is enormous. I HAVE NEVER EVER in my life experienced such HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WISH I NEVER BOUGHT FROM THEM...……….
