<p>I CONTACTED CELL C ON 084 145 CELL C DIRECT ON MY CELL PHONE TO APPLY FOR A NEW CONTRACT. I EXPLAINED THAT THE CURRENT NUMBER FROM VODACOM MUST REMAIN AND THAT IT SHOULD BE KEPT. THE "SALESMAN" ASSURED ME THAT IT WILL BE DONE. AFTER MANY PHONE CALL I STILL CANT GET THE NUMBET ACTIVATED AS I HAVE RECIEVED THE SIM. I SPENT ABOUT 45 MIN AGAIN NOW AND STILL NO JOY</p>
<p>I CONTACTED CELL C ON 30/01/2017 TO PORT MY VODACOM NUMBER TO CELL C PINNACLE CONTRACT. I HAVE RECEIVED THE SIM BUT AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS I STILL CANT GET ANY CLARITY!!!</p>
<p>I APPLIED TO PORT MY NUMBER FROM VODACOM TO CELL C ON 30 JANUARY 2017.</p> <p>EVERY DAY I HAVE TO PHONE TO FIND OUT HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE!!! UP UNTIL NOW I AM STILL STRUGGLING NOW IT SEEMS THAT MASEMOLA WHO I SPOKE TO IS ON LEAVE. I FIND THIS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE NUMBER IN QUESTION IS ********** 033 THIS IS A VODACOM CONTRACT NUMBER AND I DID EXPLAIN THAT THE NUMBER BE PORTED!!! I HAVE RECEIVED THE SIM BUT STILL STRUGGLING</p>
