Dear CompTIA Support Team, I am reaching out for urgent assistance regarding an issue with a CompTIA exam voucher purchased from one of your authorized partners, Rosebank College. On November 26, 2024, I purchased two CompTIA exam vouchers from Rosebank College. However, despite multiple attempts to obtain them, I only received the vouchers on December 9th after escalating my concerns publicly. I was assured via email that both vouchers were valid for one year. I successfully used the first voucher on December 12th without any issues. However, when I attempted to use the second voucher on February 6th—just two months after receiving it—It had already expired. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact Rosebank College via email and phone, but I have not received any meaningful response. The administrator who initially assisted me acknowledged my email but has since stopped responding to my follow-ups. This situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I still have my N+ exam to get through. As Rosebank College is an official CompTIA partner, I am seeking CompTIA's intervention to resolve this matter. Please advise on the next steps to either reinstate my expired voucher or provide a replacement. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response.

However, when I attempted to use the second voucher on February 6th—barely two months after receiving it—The voucher was expired. Since then, I have emailed and called Rosebank College multiple times, yet I have received no meaningful response. I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the CompTIA Exam vouchers I purchased through Rosebank College on 26 November 2024. Despite following all required steps, including sending the proof of purchase to intcert@rosebankcollege.co.za with the correct reference, I have yet to receive the vouchers. The vouchers were promised within 48 hours of purchase, but 13 days have now passed, and I still have not received: 1. The exam vouchers 2. Any acknowledgment of my purchase 3. A confirmation email regarding the transaction I have made multiple attempts to follow up via email and phone, but I have received no response. This lack of communication is deeply frustrating and unprofessional, especially given the importance of these vouchers for my certification exams. To resolve this matter promptly, I request the following: 1. Immediate delivery of the CompTIA Exam vouchers I purchased. Please treat this matter with urgency and contact me directly to resolve this issue.
Reading these positive reviews other users are leaving about Rain has me dumbfounded. One has to wonder how genuine these posts really are. They have obviously never mailed or tried the Rain Networks Call centre. If so their opinion would drastically change. I doubt this is what Brandon Leigh had in mind when starting Rain. We are suffering with your Product Sir. I surely hope this reaches you or anyone with the authority to assist. The customer service along with the Network speed and signal just gets worst and worst by the day. The best solution offered is to try different locations in the house at an attempt of picking up signal from the best Tower. Once we get signal from the right Tower there no connectivity. There are a few hours in the day where we get semi decent connectivity but that doesn't last. It started with a few days a week, than a few more and now it's just a constant struggle to get decent speeds if any. Loadshedding used to be an issue but has since gotten a ton better. Dare I say even better than Rain Networks. Can anyone pls help. What do we have to do to get better service?
