Goodness, can not say enough great things about BBB (Beach Blanket Bohemia), what a wonderful team and staff they have. Had an event at there restaurant and Rui, one of the managers, was just amazing, always communicating with me via email and even phone calls, constantly making sure everything was just perfect and on point for the day. He is such a great person and what a great willingness to assist as much as he could. A big thanx to our great waiters Ntombi and Fana for just being so on top of things and being so friendly with all our guests, you both gave us such beautiful service. A last thank you to the chef, the food was so delicious and so well presented, many compliments from our guests.
Wow, Fine Lines Landscaping what a f#*$^ing joke and extremely disappointing experience. They are rude, extremely unprofessional, lazy and down right the biggest sharks you can find. What a disgusting service and grass, I honestly have no words. A little background, we had ordered from them a little while ago and asked for delivery. We accept, as we paid extra for this service, that it would be delivered to/in our yard. Obviously, they wouldn't pack the grass and we were happy to do so. After arriving several hours late, they absolutely refused to carry the grass down 7 stairs, as there were two of them, the one could be at the bottom and one at the top of the stairs and hand it to eachother, but no they said they do not do stairs. At this point, we were very angry and frustrated, we then phoned the office to speak to a manager. Wow, what an even bigger disaster this was. 1st there was no manager at the office, they kept passing the phone around, finally got to a lady who was so beyond rude that it was disgusting talking to her, unbelievable how someone can talk to a customer like she did. 2nd, we tried and failed to explain that we paid for delivery and that the guys were refusing. She then argued that they don't do stairs and that we were suppose to tell them, which we then fought about, as according to us and there policy online, there was no mention of this, they should have mentioned this before we paid for delivery. 3rd we wanted our money back as the service we had paid for is not being done, this lady absolutely refused and was happy to go to court, this argument ofcourse set her off completely and she started shouting and screaming at us on the phone "take us to court then". After refusing to stoop down to her level, we proceeded by doing everything ourselves, offloading the truck and carrying it all down, in which case my husband has damaged two cushions in is neck and tore a muscle in his shoulder trying to offload and the guys that were meant to do this literally stood by and watched us do absolutely everything by ourselves, they did not lift one finger to help us out at all and just waited for us to do everything. This doesn't even cover the grass quality, this was cut in all sorts of sizes, full of ****s and most of it was not the best quality.
To all who want to use Integra Motor Group, thus company is an absolute joke, I tired to sell my car to them and it took them more than a week to pay me out after multiple follow ups, emails, messages and phone calls. After sending a very long and detailed message saying that we need further information and if feedback wasnt received we would fetch the car if they did not pay out, big surprise they never bothered to respond to. We then went the next morning to fetch the car as according to the lack of information received the car was ******. After a huge and aggressive fight from there side they refused to part with the car. We then threatened to report the car as ****** to the police if they did not pay out the money the next day. They then sent a POP the same day at 3pm and said "As discussed and trust you are now satisfied.", what a way to respond to a client, absolutely unsatisfactory response and no further bother to appolgise for the lack of communication or responsiveness. *************, rude, non responsive, aggressive and dishonest people. I would never advise anyone to buy or sell from Integra Motor Group.
Our experience at WBC at the Northgate branch was one of the worst we have ever had. What a absolute nightmare. We had started the process of buying a new car and selling our old car with WBC and was scheduled to collect and sign for the papers on the Saturday morning. We were phoned on the Thursday and told that their finance team was unavailable on the Saturday and had to fetch the car on the Friday afternoon. We had canceled an event to be at WBC on the Friday, about 3 hours later and they still hadn't sorted anything out, after some time they let us know that the settlement letter for our old car had expired, the finance team's papers were not ready, the buyers couldn't process the sale on old car due to the settlement letter and only after all the pressure from there side they advised us that we needed a new settlement letter, however they never let us know earlier, even after they had pushed us to collect everything on the Friday. We then had to come back on the Saturday morning to continue with the process, which was even more frustrating. We were sent from one direction to another, to another and another to get documents and payments etc. We spent over four hours at WBC trying to get someone to help us to get the car settled (sold and bought). We have even found that there are multiple problems with the car that was never put on the DEKRA report, this is absolutely unacceptable service from one of the biggest WBC warehouses. We are extremely frustrated and very upset about this whole process.
