We brought the car around the 12th of Dec 2025 for mechanical issues (Oil leak) till today we are still waiting for our car to be fixed. Every week is the same story (not sure of ETA) Cornelius and Nadine have the worst customer service (No feedback nothing) instead we are the ones calling for feedback. I would not recommend anyone to take their car to Hyundai Roodepoort. YOU WILL REGRET.
Been with prime since 2022 so far its been the best service.
Very bad experience with pick n pay ASAP money was deducted but never received the order, consultants: Caleb and Yanga are not even getting back to me after I have sent them the info they requested on email. they would rather ignore me.
