A few years ago, I used BG to fit my shower glass . The service was good. I had a leak inside the trap pipe and had to reconstruct the floor. for this work I called the BG. I was in conversation with Ms Caitlin Macpherson. She send two fellows, one of them is appearing in the front page of the site, and Mark. They promised to remove it on the same day and will fix it back after the completion of the floor. This was on 17 October, Thursday. Asked their fees, the old man said "R1600, if we do it as private only R800".... They never phoned or arrived to remove. When I contacted the office, one Ms Ashli, who knew nothing about the work, sent another team to inspect. When asked about the fees, they said Ashli will contact me with the Quot. Contacted her for Quote, she said the callout fee is R6oo + the hardware. Till next Friday no call or any communication. I went to the shop, met Caitlin, she said "they cant do it". Why did not you tell me after a week? I asked. It was not my fault_ her response. Your reception and service is very slow and poor - I said. No problem - she rep****! Can I see your manager? Here he is. - pointing at a man adjacent to her. The "manager"! These two + two = 4 people were not swerving the interest of the company. They were colluding and trying to make extra money from the company. I will never go to them again or recommend anyone. This is the worst experience in my life.
I was about to buy a Toyota Yaris from WeBuyCars. The Dekra Report says it has A/C and working in excellent condition. Fortunately, before signing I checked the car and found that there is NO a/c installed. The WBC (Mike) was not apologetic for the wrong/misleading information on their website and was transferring the blame on Dekra. Neither the Dekra was responding the the email (Sindy) for the inappropriate/misleading information in their report. How can you trust the Dekra Report and the WBC?!
