JH Generator Disservice

Quote received and paid for 10 May...delay upon delay. On 20 June it was "We finally sending your enclosure today by 12' o clock". Needless to say, it was not sent...now nearly 2 months since deposit. Latest is that "we almost had to close the business. Johan was very ill .. so all the staff just went south. (***** , theft etc) even your box was ******". Will update this if I receive my box (not holding my breath)
