****!!!!!
**** **** **** ****!!! This company is ran by a selfish guy by the name of Johan..he let's you approve his qoutation and you pay him deposit after that he doesn't pitch to do the job..he switch off his phone on the day he committed to doing the job and come back with excuses that his mother died he is not feeling good just to buy time..l have had a horrible experience with this company l urge any businesses out there to watch out for this company...he never refunds you l believe alot of companies have lost to this guy with evidence from the previous reviews and l wonder why such people dont get arrested ..as for me Johan l will get what l paid you one way or another 🤞

**** **** **** ****!!! Stay clear from these people
Stay away!!! The product you get is not what is advertised. When you try to contact them regarding your supposedly gaurentee they take your first call and then say they will get back to you. After that you cant reach them. These people are ****mers. Stay clear

Terrible workmanship and customer service
Terrible workmanship, dishonest and terrible customer service. We are still waiting for him to come and fix his silencer and box which led to our generator breaking, but also the box has fallen apart! We were told to send money for petrol so he can come and fix his mess!! The audacity!! Stay away from this business, they are ******!

Terrible workmanship and customer service
Terrible workmanship, dishonest and terrible customer service. We are still waiting for him to come and fix his silencer and box which led to our generator breaking, but also the box has fallen apart! We were told to send money for petrol so he can come and fix his mess!! The audacity!! Stay away from this business, they are ******!

JH Generators - A COMPLETE ****!!!
**** ALERT!!! STAY AWAY You pay the deposit and they NEVER DELIVER!!!! From "Johan" being hospitalised, to their business undergoing financial troubles, to the business ownership changing hands - the excuses just never end!! Leigh, Michael, Johan, whoever it is you're dealing with they are all ****s and ****mers. I wouldn't trust the quality of their product even if they did eventually deliver.

SHOCKING and *******!
Shocking!! excuse after excuse. Bakkies clutch broke, training, no staff to work, closed for school holidays and still nothing has materialized. Do NOT deal with these people and certainly dont pay them any money!!

JH Generator Disservice
Quote received and paid for 10 May...delay upon delay. On 20 June it was "We finally sending your enclosure today by 12' o clock". Needless to say, it was not sent...now nearly 2 months since deposit. Latest is that "we almost had to close the business. Johan was very ill .. so all the staff just went south. (***** , theft etc) even your box was ******". Will update this if I receive my box (not holding my breath)

2 October 2022 JH GENERATOR SILENCERS, a registered business in Northvale A.H., Krugersdorp, owes us R3,000.00 which the owner, despite many emails and telephonic requests over a period of months (July/August/September 2022), has refused/still refuses to pay. Johan assured us in writing that he does indeed have the money, and that he is not in financial trouble. He completely ignores any emails or SMSs from us. He only answers his phone if he does not recognize the telephone number. If he does, the call goes to voicemail. This has been tested several times. Johan has refused to provide his correct, full BUSINESS ADDRESS at which legal documents can be delivered. This is the most shocking, unethical behaviour on the part of Johan. Judging by the many bad reviews on the Internet, people like this need to be brought to justice and, more importantly, the public protected. He does not deserve even one star.
