**** ALERT!!! STAY AWAY You pay the deposit and they NEVER DELIVER!!!! From "Johan" being hospitalised, to their business undergoing financial troubles, to the business ownership changing hands - the excuses just never end!! Leigh, Michael, Johan, whoever it is you're dealing with they are all ****s and ****mers. I wouldn't trust the quality of their product even if they did eventually deliver.
Disgusting service and follow-up. You will FOREVER be told "the relevant people will call you back" and they NEVER do. Cell C and all other networks should refrain from using these guys as their juristic reps if they aim to maintain their reputation - disgusting!!!
I called the Cellsure call centre from Vodacom Tygervalley to follow up on a claim that was lodged with Cellsure in April 2015 and was attended to by a Lennox Mojele.<br> When asking what the delay was that caused the claim to take so long to process he refused to respond to my query but instead insisted with cheek that I wait until he's \processed the claim". On my requesting further detail on the outcome of the claim he slammed the phone in my ear. I called in again in the hope of getting through to a different agent who can assist but unfortunately got through to Lennox again"
