Frustrating Service
Shocking service for a third party claim. Still waiting for a payout from an accident that happened in August. Takes over 30 days to receive a settlement letter and then once received payment takes another 30 days. Call centre is not helpful and no one replies to emails.

Kitchen equipment ****mers
Payment was done for kitchen equipement and a month later nothing has been delivered. Calls are not being answered and when we went to the premises to find out where the equipment is, it looks like the company has closed down.

SHOCKING and *******!
Shocking!! excuse after excuse. Bakkies clutch broke, training, no staff to work, closed for school holidays and still nothing has materialized. Do NOT deal with these people and certainly dont pay them any money!!
