Would not call this company a friend
Does not stop calling and harassing even after we say stop. Do not trust someone this persistent and uncalled for. Not a friend for life

Do not trust this business
They easily take your money but when a refund is due, they give multiple obstacles and request multiple documents when they need to process the refund. Still, the documents were not required before the money was paid. I've been waiting almost a month and still no refund has been paid. I would not do business with them again

Horrible service
I bought a Dji mini 3 in the first week of December 2023 and took it back the very next day for repairs. iStore said it was water-damaged and had it sent for repairs at Fixology for R7000 which I paid upfront after already buying the drone for R20000. After following up iStore said they are still waiting on the replacement part and it has already been 3 months and no ETA was provided. iStore refused to give my money back or store credit after I paid R20000 for the drone and R7000 for the repairs.

Unable to cancel my membership.
Called to cancel my membership, on the call I was told it would take 2 weeks to process and that one debit order would come off. It’s a whole month later and still getting a debit order come off my account. Distrust in this company is way too high
