I placed an order for a cap on 30 May, I am yet to receive my order. I have sent numerous emails and texts on Watsapp, but I have not received any correspondence. The order was supposed to be delivered within 14 days, but it well over a month. I have requested a refund, as I had made the order for Fathers day, but they are unresponsive. I am starting to think they don't even exist.
Earlier this month (jAN) I found accomodation advertised on booking.com for R101.00 at ab place called F0ur20 in Midrand, I placed the order and paid for the accommodation. booking.com sent me a confirmation email with pin even and finalized my booking. later they called and said there was an error on the bookings page, and they would like to cancel my booking or have me pay the difference. I refused because they had advertised it for that amount and i paid and they confirmed. They have now cancelled my booking without notifying me or the venue. How do I make them honor my booking at the originally advertised price?
<p>In Dec I took out a data contract (R499) and cellphone contract (P9) R199 with Telkom. End of Jan my account was debited with an amount of R1200, which I did not question as there was a prorata rate for Dec and the Jan amount. End of FFebruary my account gets debited with a further R2044. Upon calling the call center, I find out someone took out another contract in Jan (iPhone 7) under my name. I do not own an IPhone 7. The only people who had my credentials from Dec till now are Telkom staff (Mall of Africa). Call center agent tells me I have to investigate the case, go to the shop and police station and gather information myself. I am 8 months pregnant, physically just cant do this, they are taking money from my account meant for my unborn baby. The call center agent was not helpful at all! </p>
<p>I eas denied boarding on an SAA flight earlier this year, I was then given a return airticket to go anywhere in Africa (with the condition that I ahve to pay the taxes). I was told that if I want to make a booking I would have to go to the airport. on the 12th of June I went to the airport (OR Tambo) from Midrand to make thebooking, the booking with the reference number 7Y076I (e-ticket number ********** 527308) was made, the lady told me I would need to call ********** 111 to ensure that the booking is confirmed and to make a payment. I have called this morning (been on the line for close to an hour now), and they sy i have to go back to the airport to make a payment. I was at the airport yesterday, it doesnt make sense why I must run like a headless chicken to make a booking for a ticket which was given to me to remedy a situation the airline was at fault for! I still dont have a booking and I need to have a confrimation soon.</p>
I purchased a Telefunken Home-theater (R1299) from Groupon in Oct or so of 2014. The Hometheater was delivered in Dec, and it broke in Dec. I sent an email to Groupon in Jan 2015. I finally recieved correspondence in April 2015 from Shana Weeder, they sent me to a service provider who would fix the DVD. The service provider came back and said its not fixable.on the 29 Jun 2015 Runiel Phingeland said they would repair me in full. I am yet to receive the payment. I have tried numerous times to contact them and there is no response.<br> <br> The ticket number I was given is: 23985159. I just want my money back, nothing else. I am only available on email at the moment because I am out of the country.
