Absolutely horrible service from mweb. 3 weeks without wifi because they have failed to switch payment methods. I was told I'm going to get a call back from the manager and I am yet to receive one
Incident dispute On the evening of 31 May 2024 I found myself in an accident. I contacted my insurance and they sent out a tow truck. The tow truck company was waiting for a response from the insurance as to where to take my car. Auto and general later contacted me to tell me that I am not covered. I was upset, frustrated and went into panic as I am paying every month for an insurance that is now telling me that I am not covered. I paid R2200 for the tow truck to take my car to my house. On 3 June 2024 I called Auto & General again and I all of a sudden covered. Auto & General then dispatched a tow truck to collect my car and take it to the assessment center. After being left stranded I don't understand why this claim is taking so long after the disgusting service I received from Auto & General along with out of pocket payments that I am yet to receive a refund for.
This is the second time that I've been at this Bossa so the place is probably under new management. I was extremely disappointed with the service at Bossa. We were seated and were not served for an entire hour. A waitor was not appointed and people who came after us was served and recieved their food before we did. Manager made very weak excuses and found no fault in the situation. I would not step foot in this place again. As we were treated unfairly and even though they gave poor service they added a service fee to a bill. Overall bad experience.
