Quick anf professional
Had the best experience from Party Palace. Place a order online in the afternoon and received the package early the next morning. Great and proffessional service. Can really recommend them

No service
Ive been on the line with various agents for the last 2 hours. No one is able to assist me and not getting any answers to get my line active. They dont even want to give me a reference for the call. Simply dont want to assist. They are not worried about losing clients

Pathetic service
My phone has been deactivated and cant make or receive calls. Called the call centre and they said I must go to a store. Went to the store and they said I must phone the call centre. Xant seem to get any assistance
