If you are looking for a Retirement annuity partner I would suggest looking further afield and not investing YOUR precious money with them. Act 1: You reach retirement and think the small annuity can be cashed out in a timeous and efficient manner much as the two pot system that they have not done via their online portal. THINK AGAIN, NO YOU CANNOT. SINCE YOU ARE NOW TAKING YOUR OWN MONEY THEY ARE GOING TO MAKE THE PROCESS AS LONG AND PAINFULL AS POSSIBLE! Act 2. Go online and print the documents they provide. Complete said documents and submit. Act 3. Wait 2 days & receive confirmation that the documents are not all received. Call them and hold for 22 minutes. Submit online request. (Don't hold your breath on that one!) Act 4. Phone again. Hold some more. get through to a "customer specialst" and be told that the documents they provided on their own site are not correct! When asked why they have the wrong docs attached to the policy, Ï don't know." OK then. Act 5. Start again submit documents. Act 6. Receive an sms that not all docs were received. Act 7. Phone again. Be told that everything is in order and that payout should at the latest" be done in a week. Sigh in relief. Act 8. Receive sms that the claim withdrawal will be canceled due to non receipt of documents. Act 9. Phone again. No all has been received and our system "made an error". We need to do a tax directive which will be done the next day. Payment should be the next day. So in other words in 2 days. Act 10. Wait 2 days. Nothing. Act 11. Call again. "Oh all is good but we must do the tax directive." My Reply: "It was supposed to have been done 2 days ago. You still have not done it?" "No." "Why not?" "I don't know. But I promise I will do it now and we will have it by tomorrow. We'll call you to let you know. We will affect immediate payment". 'Who will call me?". '"I will. Act 12. Hurry up and wait.................................. After all, it's only your money that we have in our account and are drawing daily interest on. It's in OUR best INTEREST to stall you by not paying you YOUR money.
If I could pick over this move and the company I would chose to do it for me, it would be Legend Removals! What an amazing experience. having never moved cross country this was a nerve wracking choice, but I am so glad I went with them! How professional and way above the service level we are fami**** with. Don't hesitate to give them a call. Michael and his team we so professional (I mean when the guys take your stuff out using brand new gloves) how's that for care? They got here before I did!
I have purchased 2 machines from Tineco. One through Takealot and one on their website. About 3 months after the initial purchase i called them with what I thought was a silly complaint. Not only did they not try and brush me off as most do and blame the client, I was so surprised that after only giving Rachelle my name once, she had immediately gone onto her system, found me and confirmed the details. She went out of her way to assist and assure me the streaks that I was not happy with were not a silly thing at all. The service dept checked the video and the next week I had new brush to replace the faulty one. Well done Tineco for convincing me that South Africa stills has customer service like in the past! PS their machines are just the bomb! :)Love my mop and vacuum.
If I could give zero stars I could. These guys have not been able to sort out their system since May this year. We are in November now and it's been 7 months. I have spent countless hour and airtime trying to resolve a debicheck issue. They are beyond useless!
I have been dealing with them for many years and I can say they are truly one of those whose service has not dropped or gone down over the years. I love that hey always send a thoughtful thank you gift in keeping with your order. In other words not a sweet but something that's useful to you the customer.
What a stunning company and online service. Our relationship started of on a very rocky note when the courier company who received my parcel did not inform the sender or me that they were having a nationwide strike. After they had tried to get answers from the courier they packed a duplicate order for me and BOB by the next morning it was at my door by 8am. All the way from Capet Town! Now that's service and taking ownership of your business. Not fobbing the client off but doing the write ;), no pun intended, thing to keep the client happy. Needless to say we are on a first name basis now. I would highly recommend buying from them. Best fountain pens in SA! Well done Jessie & the team. Be blessed.
I would like to warn all potential customers that buy online from theres guys, that getting a refund is not so easy! You pay ASAP when you place the order BUT when they have to give you your money back, well it's a different story. Been waiting since Wednesday for my refund. it's now Monday and at 45:11 pm still no money back in my account. Due to their own error on their website and a binding invoice which they have refused to honour (agaist our countries law bu the way) They have increased their price buy over R 200.00 and their website administrator made a mistake in their online pricing for chicken collagen. if I order and pay COD you are bound to honour the contract which you very deviously tried to get out of. Do be cautious when buying from them. Looking at their attitude to the only negative review's makes me wonder. I will NEVER support this company in any way again.
I wish there was an option for a zero rating but this is as low as I can get. I am updating the previous review. It is now 8 days after my initial review and email sent to them. I have been shunted to no less than 4 "customer online "service" consultants after another with no end in sight to this appalling service. I have requested the names and email address of the managers/team leaders in charge so lets see what happens. I will keep this updated.
The online woollies service has progressively been getting worse for the past 3 months, to the point where half the goods you order are not in stock and are not replaced - no matter what instruction you give on the delivery section. the driver informed me that EVERYONE he is delivering to is shouting at him because of their terrible service. Last month I ended up shopping at Checkers rather than supporting them. I gave them another chance thinking that if you choose substitue for similar items RATHER THAN THE CONTACT ME THEY WOULD. Toe nou nie! I have also submitted a query online @ 12:20 on 10/10/22 and I will see if I even get a response. I'm not hopeful looking at the reviews on their dash app and by what the poor DSV driver was saying. I am not attempting to even try an get hold of them, as I did previously. Total waste of time. Rather avoid ordering all together if you can't get to the shop in person. Now to check my bank statement and see what they charged.....2 week refund time before....
This morning I had the pleasure of being assisted by Daynen at Home-connect after I mistakenly deleted my wifi. He was so kind and patient with me and took me through everything with complete confidence. It's lovely to be helped by someone who is good at what they do and knows their story. Even going above his job spec and helping me to install an extender, which is where I messed up. Thanks for the good service!
