Good day, address to CEO and Minister. I write this review with great sadness,frustration and disappointment that senior citizens are threated in this manner. Where their lives does not matter and this could happen to your mom or father, would you threat them same way or Eskom will make a plan immediately if they are faced with similar situation. My mom has no electricity since Wednesday last week 13-05-2026.I logged and did the power outage with Eskom Alfred AI, have 6 references and all are closed without technician going to her place. She is asthmatic and had to use her nobulizer at some few houses,have you not feel shame and have no heart anymore?She is emotionally and physically being abuse by Eskom, it's cold and is buying her prepaid and has not *******ly connected her power. The people who *******ly connects have power how pathetic and insensitive that is. Yesterday on the 18-05-2026 around 2pm a technician went and told her he has been there for so long ,he is tired and going home. They big guy folded his ladder and left before she could get his name and registration of the Eskom car. This outage happens every week or after two weeks,same process but no one bothers to assist.Eskom staff knows about ******* connections in the area so must she suffer for other people? If it's not outage it's reductions,she practically has no power and gas stove is not an answer. Shes afraid of using gas and innubulizer needs power and heater to keep warm,food,fridge,geyser all appliances will be damage. I have also ran out of patient and words to say to console her and eskom customer center. I spoke to Dakalo yesterday at 15h40 and she told me she won't be able to see the technician, but the report references are on the system and case was closed whilst I was talking to her.Dakalo was also shocked.I can be called 0722775446 or she can be called.

I am happy now about the excellent service you provide and keeping your promise when I could not take your call in the morning. The rates reviewed are better and reasonable for my financial need. Since I wasn't able to get a replacement from other life industries.
Hi,I'm still waiting for the call. I was called once when I picked up the phone its like I was just given a buzz to say client did not pick up the phone. Forgetting that I won't be sitting and looking at the phone to ring for Platinum or Guardrisk to call me.
Kagiso police station, no sense of emergency. The emergency number of cellphone provider are dead, whenever you call they just transfer from one department to another. You can give them the exact location and guess what it's noton the system. When you get through they dont know the area. When you get through to ambulance e or police then you just given reference number no questions ask and if you are safe or in danger. Mkhwa**** must come to GP and fix all the police station and commanders,starting with Kagiso. There's a case a negligent that I am still waiting for so I'll service or report on what happened to child that we found at midnight. The police cars are always out ,you have to drive back and forth. If that is not enough ,the cars are at Rietvallei collecting zamazama money ,other police car was on e seen at mine dumping on the way to Krugersdorp. This weekend we drove in stabbing in incident and phone for police nothing happened.We had to run for our lives because we felt unsafe. General Mkhwa**** please come to Kagiso.
Worse place and pathetic service,the closing time is 15h00 but security inside a just lazing up,not directing or asking what you in for. Then you to queue at help desk to be told that collection department is close,it closes at 14h30.There is no sign showing all of this times. Renewal is the same as well ,it shows that no vetting is made just friends and children of friends or payback for people to be employed at the license department.
It's been three months awaiting a call from retention department.Policy documents were emailed after reminding for documents.

Hi, Gresham Naidoo promise to look at double deductions for the whole week tomorrow is deductions date yet again without confirmation of why theres double deductions of different amounts. Please for once fix this because MiWay blink has never done this, if you fail to provide an answer and refund me on the 2nd November. Know that its my last review of MiWay pathetic service,with sale all is well with support all sucks.
