Jacks Bagels George - Disgusting Service !!!!!

Shocking service from Jacks Bagels George -- The Opened approximately a month ago in George. I visited today to order 4 Breakfast Bagels--2 vegetarian and 2 bacon, on paying there was not enough cash float in the till to provide me with the correct change - hence I had to search in my bag for the exact amount. I received my takeaway order and once at my office proceeded to find out that the two vegetarian bagels in fact had large slices of bacon on. I proceeded to drive back to Jacks Bagels and quietly mentioned to the lady at the till that his error had been made, but that I did not want to make a scene, hence I did not return the 2 incorrect bagels but would like to pay for and re order another two vegetarian bagels. After once again paying and once again having to provide the exact amount, due to the till float still not being adequate to provide me my change and then waiting some time, the barista approached me and mentioned that he had noted a small problem on my new order, being that they had once again made the bagels to contain BACON, but that they were busy REMOVING it. At this stage I requested that I be refunded for my new order and I would be on my way. I was declined and the manager was called, I again said please just give me my money back for the 2nd order and was again declined by the staff member. The manager did not even bother to make an effort to greet me or discuss the issue - she went directly to the kitchen and started commenting loudly that all the breakfast bagels on the menu contained bacon, the barrister then corrected her and pointed out that there is a vegetarian option on the menu. I was then handed 2 bagels without bacon and still no contact or apology from the Manager. Needless to say the bagels ended up in my office dustbin and I will not be ordering from or promoting Jacks Bagels George ever again.
