I would like to report the travel organization called Mzansi Holidays,, Our relationship has gone sour because they failed to book my travel when I requested it and wanted to boo 2 weeks before the departure date. I then requested that they cancel the booking and refund my full booking payment which they refused saying that I was still in contract with them. I requested that they settle their contract with that booking money and refund me the balance, which they agreed on and even sent a form for me to sign. The form stated that I would get my refund between 21 and 35 days. The form was signed and submitted on 19th September, 35 days have passed and they are now ignoring my demands for refund. Please help me get my refund from these people, they are unreliable and dishonest.
