Good day Hope this find you well. I would like to complain about Discovery medical aid. Thy just robbing people tacking more then dubbel your monthly payment how can thy do that and how do the banks allowing that.

Very bad service
I'm still waiting for Discovery to fix my account going know for the 3rd month thy just don't care about there customers. Really need to re-look at getting a new medical aid. Thy not even trying to contact me are replay on my mails I'm sending.

Poor customer service.
I'm very disappoint with them I'm know strageling for 2 months where thy have been deducting more then what my month premium is and I just don't get it fixed even after everything thy ack me to mail. Is this a way how thy tacking money from people.

Poor service
Still no feedback from them as the tacking money from your account and when you have to claim the declined your claim it's going on for know more then 3 months. Regards Edith

Poor poor service
What a poor service you get. You have insurance on your phone and after stragaling for more then 5 month getting told your claim is declined and you get back to the store you get your phone scratch and not even the why you send it in for repairs then you call a manager you get told she is busy.

Very bad service provider thy are
I'm a customer of them I trusted them having them as my insurance provider. I send my phone in to them more then 3 months ago after emails and calls then only to find out thy declined the claim what a bad service provider thy are, thy can tack there mony every month. Thy are real ****mers be a lookout for them and stay away from them.
