I don't know when Unique decided that their business wouldn't be in talent acquisition, but I'm absolutely disgusted at the service. The receptionist and consultants are dishonest and indifferent. It's almost as though you're a nuisance and they look down on you for seeking employment. We're told constantly to apply online, but I've never gotten feedback from them, I've just left their premises basically being shooed away with that same excuse. If your business isn't in talent acquisition, why are you even in business, perhaps change the nature of said business... Unless it's a front for something else. I do not recommend their services at all
The service from MTN Insurance is nothing short of pathetic and how they have treated my case is disgusting. I lost my brand-new cellphone after I was ****** in Joburg, and immediately had the simcard blacklisted. A day after, I went to the police station to get an affidavit and case number as it is specified in the contract. Submitted all of it, and my claim was obviously approved, and all that needed to be done was for me to pay the excess fee. And I was told by their representatives, the replacement would be delivered to my doorstep. But nothing was further from the truth. Instead, what happened was that I paid the fee, and then they went quiet on me. I had to get an mtn simcard and call them myself. I went back and forth with several representatives, all of whom were rude and impersonable. Finally, someone with sense explained that they were out of stock for said device, and then ordered it for me. Two days later, I called again, and was given a waybill number, for a phone that was supposed to be delivered "within 3 - 5 working days." But the waybill cannot be tracked by the courier, and it has been the case for 3 days now. It seems the problem has started again, and I've had to chase mtn insurance around like they're not taking my money every month like they did just last week. But so far, I've had their crafty representatives try to give me an inferior alternative option, because they're too lazy to order the same make and model from their head office. Having them hang up on me, scream at me etc. But the biggest insult is the fact that Mtn Insurance/Guardrisk/Admnytec have literally gone out of their way to make sure that I feel like I'm not a priority and my case isn't serious or urgent enough. I feel like I'm being done a favour and not actually paying for service that is at the very least decent.
