Incorrect Colourant packaged causing irreversible effect

I have been a loyal customer of renew for quite a while now, always buying the same product, your No:10 light blonde. I bought this box at Checkers Hyper Sandown yesterday and app**** it this afternoon, only to find, at my horror that it was the wrong Colourant in the box. (Light brown) Which is actually Dark brown after application, considering my hair was blonde before I app**** it. After 15 minutes of application I realised that my hair was going darker instead of lighter. This is hugely unacceptable!!!!! I had to return the box immediately and redo my application but the blonde did not take because the brown has to be professionally lifted now, before it can be blonde again. I will never trust this product again!!!!
