My Mother is a pensioner and pay a wrong beneficiary in a FNB bank account but the beneficiary also don't have anymore the bank account. They say she have to wait 14working days but it is now over a month now they stil not send the money back to her Capitec account. The FNB lady said and I go to the police she don't care. Because my Mother make a mistake and nou Capitec say if she need het money she must pay R150 to get her money back. I know R200 is not much but for a pensioner it is a lot of money and my Mother is only getting a SASSA. I really think they can assist my Mother. But bove bank pulling up there shoulders and don't want to assist her so I think Capitec an FNB could assist my Mother. I really think bove banks could just help my Mother for a SASSA person a R50 means alot
