The worst experience ever. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy a car through Nokukhanya Sikhosana. She is unprofessional and seems to not know how important her job is. She doesn’t communicate. You need to follow her behind for something she will get paid for at the end of the day. I’m really disappointed by this hideous service. Even complained to Sfiso who is in finance about the service I am getting from this girl but nothing has changed even after talking to him.
I am immensely disgusted at the service that I have been receiving at Rea Vaya. The bus drivers are rude and do not adhere to the rules of the road. I do not know whether it’s the shortage of buses or what though having to wait every evening for an hour for an F2 bus to get to Thokoza is really making me want to puke at how unsatisfactory such a great business idea could be. There is never buses for Protea Glen but instead there’s always a stampede when entering this poorly maintained bus because Chiawelo doesn’t have a bus so we are all forced to use one bus. The staff is *********** and rude. Never have I seen a passionate service provider at Rea Vaya. It’s as if they are doing us a favour by doing their job which they desperately app**** for. I don’t know who is in charge of the routes and the procurement but they are dismally failing. But the problem doesn’t start there. It definitely the management. You all seem too busy to be taking care of this business that you can not come up with measures to consistently improve the service you provide because clearly the staff has no one to report to because they do as they please.
