I had a tracker installed on 5 September 2025, and ever since then my car has been giving problems. It turns out the two trackers are draining my battery, and to make things worse, I never received the panic button that was part of my package. What’s most disappointing is how quickly the sales team responded when it came to installing the tracker — but now that I actually need help, nobody is getting back to me. I’ve called multiple times and can’t get through to anyone in customer service. As a woman, it’s extremely worrying to be stuck somewhere with a car that won’t start, especially when I was supposed to have a panic button for safety. The lack of support after installation is completely unacceptable. I really hope someone from the company takes this seriously and resolves the issue urgently.
I visited the Waterfront branch on 9 October 2024 and ordered a hot chocolate and a cookie. This place is my usual go-to between breaks. However, I was absolutely horrified to find a ****roach in my hot chocolate after already drinking half of it! This is beyond unacceptable for any food and beverage establishment. The hygiene standards here are clearly appalling, and this should never happen. I am incredibly disappointed at this disgusting experience. I strongly advise against visiting this branch if you care about cleanliness and food safety.
