Very poor customer service
I'm failing to see that this business wants to do business. Very poor service, I have to run after them and remind the representative to send me an email with a COD application. I've submitted the application with a RTQ 8 days ago with no reply.

Stay AWAY
Stay away from this company, expecially when you get finance on a 2nd hand car, they would even miss advise you and send you tampered/low quality recordings to reject your service on your plans.
