We had the worst ever experience with this company owner Donald Lancaster who also runs a business called A Compliance, we paid him R85k+ in February for hardware and then we were told he needs to load programs which was Sage Pastel so we paid another R29k+ for that in May, then excuses started coming that he is busy or he just does not reply to our messages. We cancelled all in June 2023 asked for our refund and obviously now he has done the unavailable person, all types of excuses. This man owes us a lot of money, so we have opened case of ***** case 106/07/2023 Beacon Bay SAP against him, hopefully he will be arrested and locked away, BUT that still does not pay back our R114k+
