Don’t buy from InStep SA
This company sells sneakers and says delivery is 1-3, days. Its been 5 weeks that I have not received my shoes. They are not helpful when complaining. They refused to refund me and they took R100 delivery fee but it cost me R200 in petrol to go and pick up this shoe. They also sent me the wrong shoes and the shoes they sent are cheaper then the shoes I paid for and ordered.

Do not buy shoes from Instep SA. Their Instagram page says delivery in 1-3 days. I paid R2000 for shoes and its day 9 and it has still not been delivered. ****mers. They also not helpful. Cant tell me where my shoes are and when it will be delivered. And tell me that I am unreasonable for wanting my shoes after they promised a - day 1-3 day delivery
