Do you guys still exist? I've called several numbers on your website - "The number you have dialled does not exist. I've emailed your entire marketing department with their details advertised on your website - no response. Assuming they are in charge of the website, it makes sense I suppose. I've requested information, not a claim, from the funeral policy department via email since the numbers advertised for the funeral policies... DO NOT EXIST... My mother died on the 5th of July. She was in ill health and told me she had a policy with you guys before she passed. I have asked several times for confirmation that she had a policy with you and provided documentation and all I keep getting is dumb requests from NO REPLY emails. I explained that I am managing ALL her affairs remotely and needed the necessary information so I can have her laid to rest. I have had ZERO communication from you guys regarding this so I have NO clue what kind of funeral I can possibly have for my mother. Naturally the insurance company decides that blatantly terrible service during the roughest period a person can go through is the right approach. Usually I'd laugh at joke service, but frankly it's just in bad taste that this is what a person needs to go through to get your attention... Especially since the number I dialed for customer complaints also doesn't exist. The logic isn't logicking.
