Amazing
The best ever, the staff are very friendly, and even though at the moment they are renovating the lodge, and cant really have people stay over because of the building rubble, they go out of their way to help you if you are in a jam. I will be staying there for every holiday from now on. Awesome.

Frustrated and very disappointed
Hi there is it possible that you could help me please, on the 23rd of June I purchased Pick n pays special on a laptop combo with printer for R5000, which yes it is a very good price if the laptop actually worked. The laptop comes from a company called omni one, I have called pick n pay and spoke to the manager named chief phone number 072 538 3392, I was informed to return it as the ink that came with printed was depleted and not the right cartridges, which are HP, Chief had them refilled for me and said they would work, which they never did, I then had problems installing the software which is free for a year, I once again contacted chief and had to return the laptop and printer and they would get it fixed. Only to be told by chief two days later I could pick it up and Omni one would assist me, I first spoke to Wesley who did his best to help, then spoke to Allister phone number 0826469882, who was rude to start off with by the 6 of July still no one could assist. I even threatened to take it to a IT Tech and charge them for all my costs. Which did not help. I am stuck with a laptop and printer that do not work. People need to know about this new scheme and even this type of customer care, it is appalling. This is affecting my business which is accommodation and construction, please could you help, thank you.
