<div>These people are very incompetent. I paid for a canvas in Jan 2021, to date I have not received the canvas. I have emailed and WhatsApp’d to no avail. They just disappeared with my money. It’s been 6 months with no luck! </div>
No one can explain to me why for a good 24hour an entire bank has a system error and does not allow me access to my funds. I am highly dissapointed that I had to hold for 1hour 17 minutes on the line from consultant to consultant and no can tell me what the problem is. Its a Saturday and I am told to wait to till Monday and go to my branch to have the matter sorted out. If I wanted to bank in a primitive way and go to the bank revert time I want money then I would go to these small banks that have 1 ATM for 10 000 people. It is unacceptable standard bank that you fail to conduct basic banking! What a waste of time. FNB I trust you can help!
