Been battling over a month now with cell c fibre department.took out a fibre line first off all they the consultant told me it's a 20 upload and 20 download after completing everything it's a 20upload and a 10 download. Now for a few months been battling sending emails and phone just for a technical support guy to come out to check fibre line because there is something major wrong. Because my download speed is not even 0.23 where it supposed to be 10 download. Every time cell c fibre has excuses I'm paying for a service and they just dont care at all. All I'm requesting is for someone off cellc fibre to come out to my house. Emails are not helping anymore. Even went into a cell c store. No one is willing to assist
